The 2050 Net Zero City Expo got underway March 18 in Taipei City as part of public-private cooperation to promote sustainable development under the government’s “2050 Net Zero Pathway” policy.
Taiwan will host the inaugural World Bird Fair Sept. 20-21 in the central city of Taichung to promote bird conservation and birdwatching ecotourism, the Tourism Administration said March 17.

The Bangkok International Book Fair is set to take place at the Queen Sirikit National Conventional Center from Mar. 27 to Apr. 7. The Cultural Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Thailand will set up a booth showcasing Taiwanese literary translations and the winners of Golden Butterfly Award, Taiwan’s prestigious award for publication design.
