The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has started an investigation into selected tire imports from Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam and Thailand to determine whether manufacturers from these countries have sold their products at unfairly low prices in the U.S. market. In a statement, the DOC said the anti-dumping (AD) investigation has targeted passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires sold from these countries.
