MOFA releases short video on eve of World Refugee Day to highlight Taiwan’s humanitarian assistance to refugees in West Asia and Africa

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) is releasing a short video on the eve of World Refugee Day 2020 entitled “Taiwan Story—Together Stronger” to share Taiwan’s commitment to international humanitarian assistance, highlight the dedicated participation of its public and private sectors, and thank the private sector for its involvement and efforts.

CAL to require all passengers to use online check-in

announced Friday that it will require all passengers to board its flights via the current online check-in service from June 22, to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. Passengers can use CAL's website or mobile app to check-in online from 48 hours to 80 minutes before their flight departs, the Taiwanese airline said, adding that it will also suspend all kiosk check-in service at airports in Taiwan.
